How do you turn off Norton asking permission for applications?

Getting really tired of Norton continually asking permission to use an application or for application to use internet. How do you turn this feature completely off?

Thanks for the reply. I had already been through this "solution", with limited results. What I really want is to turn the whole feature off so I never get those pop up warnings.
