How does one downgrade a subscription?

Hi,
I have a Premium Subscription which is far in excess of my needs and I would like to downgrade.
I need to protect just three devices.

You can contact Norton Support and ask them to help you with this request.  www.norton.com/contactcs

Or you can wait for your current subscription to expire and just purchase the subscription level you wish to use. If you do this, be sure you turn off Automatic Renewal for your current subscription in your Norton Account.

Keep getting redirected to renewal page for product far beyond my needs.  Tried to contact support via chat but "Chat Now" button didn't go anywhere even though I allowed all cookies, so don't know how to contact support.  Happy with Norton but maybe forced to seek alternative that better fits needs than pay for something I don't need

When trying to contact chat, be sure any VPN is turned off, and also turn off any ad blocker extension for the Norton web pages.

Re: How does one downgrade a subscription?

If you clicking on renew in your product, it will take you to the renewal process. You need to purchase a new subscription either directly from Norton.com or from a reputable retailer. Then you enter the new product key at  www.norton.com/setup . That will activate your new key and update the subscription status for your installed product.
