How do I export / backup the data from my password vault on norton 360 for mac password manager?
I have looked at help and any of the options listed are useless as there is no options in settings on any of the norton menus /screens for import / export. or is this another facility only available to windows users?

What browser are you trying to export from?

Hi, Thanks for replying.
i mainly use Safari browser on my computer but for the Norton password manager I use the Norton Safe Web Plus application (V1.3.2) that was downloaded as part of my Norton 360 installation. I don't access the password manager via a web browser. I have clicked on the Norton safe web icon at the top of safari and that only lists my logins. there are no options to export/import similarly there are no options to export/impoirt in the Norton safe web plus application or Norton 360 application.
My Mac is a mac mini Late 2014 and using MAC OS Catalina 10.15.7 and Norton 360 v 8.7.1

Thanks for the post back. I've looked at the release announcement for Norton Safe Web Plus application on MAC, and its features. There isn't any mention of the ability to import / export data for the extension. Have you looked at your Safari settings for anything there which would point to assisting with the export? Keychain or iCloud?

Thanks for looking into this. It appears as I feared that Norton do not offer this facility for Mac only windows users. Theres nothing in Safari, iCloud or Keychain.
I will try to obtain copies of Chrome or Firefox to see if there is anythging in them that can help but i won't hold my breath.
