How to fix an error of liar viruses from supporting agent

The main issue is from error 20008. This cause lots of problems which I need the compensation:

  1. Long chat sessions with unsupported, lots of broken promises. This waste of my time and of course my money
  2. Lots of money to put in mobile account to call your FAKE numbers provided by agent
  3. Error 20008 is still there, I don’t accept to wait until Mar.
  4. Supporting agent’ impoliteness and rude. That hurts my mind with their horrible frustration.

I DON’T WANT TO USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE, so of course I DON’T ACCEPT ANY DAYS ADD to subscription. Therefore, compensation by money is required. PLEASE

Are you refereeing to Dark Web Monitoring -> Error 20008? 

Error: "20008" when clicking on Dark Web Monitoring from My Norton portal

We are aware of an ongoing issue with Dark Web Monitoring where you may receive Error "20008" while accessing the feature from the portal. We are working to enable this function from backend so that you can start using this feature. This is expected to be completed by middle of March.
