how to fix error unidentifiable Error: 800b0004- windows 7

Hi, i was using norton product on my laptop having windows 7 but recently when i format it again due to some error, i am unable to reinstall my norton 360, it is showing unidentifiable Error: 800b0004 can anyone help

If you have not installed the KB4474419 update (rel. 23-Sep-2019) that adds support for SHA-2 code signing of digital certificates to Win 7 SP1 then Norton products newer than v22.21.3  will not run correctly.  See Norton employee Gayathri_R's 16-Apr-2021 announcement SHA 2 Code Signing Support for Windows 7  for more information....
