How to get to firewall settings to unblock my remote printer on an android tablet? Norton 360

Printer displays Cannot access Internet message, even though It's connected. I don't have a p.c. only an android tablet.

There is no firewall in the mobile versions of 360. If the printer is having difficulty accessing the internet, you need to look at your router settings.

How have you connected your printer to your network? Wifi or wired Ethernet?
