How to get rid of Cloudscout and Adchoice

Hi all,

I'm not so familiar with a PC and was trying to get rid of Cloudscout and Adchoices. I had the wrong ad download link. That what happened. Any advice would be appreciated, thank's

You may try Chat with Norton Support maybe free malware remediation.  Or,

CloudScout is a dodgy adware application. This annoying virus could change the settings of your DNS server and redirect all your web browsers to various suspicious domains. This article will help to delete it fully .... .....   Good luck!

I have tried all of those solutions bjm and I still can't get rid of this malware or whatever it is. Getting all of these annoying ads. Any other solutions I could try?
