How to get rid of malware popups

I installed Norton to get rid of malware popups that keep appearing on my windows screen (running chrome) every few minutes 24/7, but that didn't solve the problem. What do I do with these

Maybe, you allowed 'push notifications' from 'gltuh.abyssalforge.top'

those are 3rd party ads and some sites seems to use them, its not a norton or chrome issue in that they are letting it or not blocking them

Thank you very much, somehow these sites were allowed to send me push notifications, the problem is now easily solved :-)
