How do you get new miner installed ? I've updated several times , uninstall still have old miner. 22.21.9.25 how do i install New EAP build 22.21.10.37 is now available! [25th October ... ?

Still not able to get this update :( I run the live update and then I restart and it is still the same version as before.

Same here and when I click on settings it does nothing ! Updates do not fix and setting our not available. Uninstall and re install does not work. I am a dog chasing my tail and I watch my dog do this all the time . My dog has trained me well .

It has to say Norton EAP on the top bar beside of where it says My Account in the Classic View...if it does not say that, you have to wait 24 hours after installing if you reinstalled and then go to Settings - Administration and on the very top it will say Join EAP...once you join EAP, do a Live Update...either way, you have to go to Settings, Administration, and join EAP before doing the Live Update...
The image below is Classic View...if you're in the My Norton view, on the right at Device Security, click Open to go to Classic View then click Settings on top...

I was doing the same as you're doing...I reinstalled Norton and was anxious for EAP to show up...looked at the time and date of my Norton Folder in Program Files and sure enough, right at 24 hours later the Join EAP option was there : )
I have an Intel NUC PC and it's slow as a turtle...I have not done anything to Norton on it and it does not have the Join EAP option available so it could be that some PC's don't qualify...
