Re: How to interpret Ghost produced File Names

Hi ynotadlog,

The base recovery point will have .v2i extension. The incrementals will have a .iv2i extension.

File names will follow the form Name001.v2i and Name001_001.iv2i.

Name001 will become Name002, etc, when you begin a new recovery point set.

Name001_001 will increment (Name001_002, etc.) with each incremental.

ynotadlog,

In My Computer, are you showing File Extensions?

A Base is .v2i

An Incremental is .iv2i
