How to kill/close an application that has no name in Norton LiveUpdate!?

I tried to apply a patch in LiveUpdate and listed some apps which need to be closed. I closed all of them and the last one is a blank bullet point. Why doesn't Norton offer to kill it for me. I can't close or kill an application if I don't know what it is!

Anyway the only option what to hit cancel and let it apply the patch during the next restart.

Norton would not close the apps so you would have a chance to save any information the app might lose if forced to close.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

It can ask the user Yes/No for confirmation. Just like when you try to kill a process in Task Manager.

Also some of the processes it lists are not real apps which an average user is aware of.  For example 'Com Surrogate'. How many non technical users know what this is? None. It's not even listed as a process name. It's in the description of dllhost.

Hello

I just find it is easier to do it as a restart. That way I can close up everything before I do my restart. Just my 2 cents.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
