Did you try signing into your Norton account?

I have signed in to norton. I have installed antitrack on Firefox, Edge and Chrome.
On both the firsr two when I click on the toolbar icon the message:
You are not logged in ...... and link Login to antitrack app appear.
Link does not work.
Using Windows 11 on a HP laptop. Previously antitrack worked on another laptop under Windows 10 with no login.
There is no login or continue on the browser setup screen "Let's get started".
So I ask how and where do I log in?

The problem has been solved by a chat with Norton Support. They were able by Remote action to do the necessary Uninstall and Reinstall of Antitrack. On contacting them their initial response was automatic, but submitting a sufficiently complex problem lead to a transfer to a live agent.
