Looks normal to me.  There aren't many applications today that do not connect to the internet.  Most programs that use telemetry to monitor their status provide options in their settings to let you disable this feedback.  But they may still need to connect for other reasons, such as checking for updates.

From what I can actually read in your screenshot, I don't see anything listed that isn't ordinary traffic from your network. If you actually think your router, network and/or computer are being surveilled, the first place to start is, I would use Sysinternals Suite . Run the TCPView.exe after downloading, it will list for you every connection on your network to the device being used.
