How to merge subscriptions from two accounts into one?

Back in 2010 I subscribed to "Norton Internet Security", as it was called then, for my Windows NT system, and my account was associated with my email address myname@abc.org.

Years later, in 2017, I installed "Norton Password Manager" on my iPad, using another email address, myname@xyz.com.

Now I want to transfer my "Norton 360" subscription associated with myname@abc.org to my other account associated with myname@xyz.com, because I wish to discontinue my old email address.

Unfortunately my attempt to enter the "Norton 360" product key in my xyz.com account results in this message: "The product key you entered is associated with another Norton account".

Also I did not find a way do delete my xyz.com account so that I could then change the email address in my abc.org account to myname@xyz.com.

So is there a way to merge subscriptions from two accounts into one, or to transfer a product key from one account to another ?

TIA, Klaus.

To do this you need to contact Norton Support. They have access to your account to make changes like this.   www.norton.com/contactcs .

The only other thing you could do is wait until this subscription expires and then purchase a new product key that you can enter into the new email account you wish to use.
