How to move my backup data to my new external drive.

To free up space on my computer, I got a new external hard drive. I changed my backup location to the new HD. Then I backed up my files to the new HD. Should I just delete the N360_BACKUP folder from my laptop, or do I need to copy the old backup files to the new HD?

So you have been backing up to your physical drive? That is a big no no. If you backed up the same files already then yes you can delete them.

Hi Kakie:

Have you checked the "Manage Backup Sets" in your NS?

Once you are happy with the online backup there is not reason why you should not delete the N360_BACKUP folder...
