How to reconnect financial institution

My financial institution (bank) has been disconnected from my account.  If I try to "update", it tells me that it is duplicate information.  There is no option to Edit and Reconnect.  How can I get reconnected?

These are the instructions I was following.  There is no option to Edit or Reconnect.
