How to remove computer?

I used Online Backup couple year ago and now only use it via N360. There are many machines listed on the Online Backup webpage which do not exist any more.

So my question is: is there any way to remove these zoombie machines?

Btw, really want to tell you guys my special experience when I was directly seeking help from Symantec on this issue.

Firstly I googled for a while and found this page:

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20090203130702EN_EndUserProfile_en_us

But I could not find "Remove Computer" from the online backup page at all.

Then I had a live chat with the customer service and he/she remotely operated my N360 for over one hour to test creating/deleting backup sets from N360 clients without actually removing any computers from the server side, instead of telling me that those machines were just logs. However many of my 'log' machines have the same names and how I can tell which is the right one if I want to download a file from? Finally he/she did not respond to my questions any more and just simulated a bad network connection and DISAPPEARED! When did Symantec start having such a rediculous customer service team?
