There are five preset web links in Safe Search and the possibility of adding nine more. Since I use none of the presets I'd like to remove/at least edit them so they are useful. Can this be done?

Quick links on the 1st row are sticky ones which does not offer edit/remove option
Quick links on 2nd row are custom ones, which you can add/edit/remove

Users may Edit/Remove Quick links on 2nd row thru 3 dots.
