MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports: Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.
BILLING INFORMATION reports: There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.

MikeBakker:One last question. When auto renew is cancelled, does it automatically delete the billing information or do you have to remove/delete billing information manually.
The steps may change over time.
As I recall ... remove/delete billing was a separate step.
I urge checking MY SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING INFORMATION
I urge Sign Out/In and check MY SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING INFORMATION ... again.
