how to renew when no "renew" option avaialable?

I let My subscription lapse and now trying renew but

a) Cannot renew because "Renew" subscription option not showing, only "subscribe" at bottom of classic view of norton. Meaning pay for new stuff when i aleady have a new key.

b) I cannot sign in to norton web page becausse it does not leave- " Welcome, Sign in Here"

It's like the old third base scenario, round and round.

I have a new key i'm trying to use but am having great difficulty doing so.

Need help please.

If you have a new key just enroll the subscription using the link below and then input the new key into the software on each device to create a license for each device.

Re: how to renew when no "renew" option avaialable?

Thank you for the replies, I tried using each link and i ended up in the same place as before.

The 2 "welcome to my norton" pages do not allow me to sign in, i click on the yellow "sign in" and top right "sign in" icons and it just reloads the same "welcome" page, it does not even go to a different login page, eg email/username/facespace/google etc.

The 2 "norton support pages", i click on the top right "sign in" icons and it takes me to the "welcome to the help center" page, i then click on "sign in" again and it just reloads that help center page again and again.

Third base!!!

I followed the My Norton instructions on my device security, (which i can sign into with same login details as this page/forum), but i still end up at the welcome to norton sign in page with no luck.

It almost looks like i'm shut out of norton for turning off auto renew and letting it run out.

I have been using this norton account for over ten years but the last two years things have changed and i got auto renewed.

Should i try and setup another account with the same email 'cause this is getting very frustrating, been trying for two weeks.

Cheers

Did you try new key from Norton 360 > Help > Enter Product Key

Maybe, Norton wants you to reach out to Norton Support?

Please confirm you're not trying Sign In on a partner page.

https://my.norton.com/home/partner

for example:

What happens here https://my.norton.com/extspa/account/subscriptions?

Just ask Norton Official Chat/Phone Support or message Norton Official Support via social media to check if your Norton account is active and/or ask Support to help you activate/register your new key.

You tried Enter a Product Key.
You're allowing all Norton pages content that may be blocked by browser extension or built-in browser feature.
You've cleared browser cookies n' cache.
VPN off.
You've tried another browser.
You're using correct Norton account credentials.
You've tried Sign In from Chrome.

That will not work as you can only have one account associated with an email address.

Re: how to renew when no "renew" option avaialable?

Hello, and thank you again for the prompt and thorough replies.

bjm- The My Norton "Enter Product Key", "Get Support" and "Subscription Status" were the first things i tried, repeatedly, but all leading to the same dead page. I always check the address bar when logging in to sites, so i don't think i have used a partner site.

I tried the link "what happens here?" and it goes to the "welcome to my norton" sign in page and does not provide an opportunity to sign in, just reloads "welcome" page.

Of the list of - Have you tried... etc, tried all except i haven't tried a different browser as i am only using firefox and until the last couple of renewals i've had no issues.

On the occasion i have opened a log in page from trying various methods/pages, i keep ending up at "welcome page" loop after entering details.

As per image, i click on next and it reloads more info needed, i click norton.com/setup i get official sign in page and enter details and end up at - you guessed it.

Re: how to renew when no "renew" option avaialable?

Maybe, it's a Firefox built-in protection thingy.  IDK
Maybe, it's a Firefox extension thingy.  IDK
Firefox is not my daily rider.  That said...I've no issues reaching Norton pages from Firefox.

Maybe, whitelist - allow 'support.norton.com', 'login.norton.com', 'my.norton.com', buy.norton.com'

Maybe, try Chrome or Edge or Contact Norton Official Support from Chrome or Edge.
Um, can you reach Norton Official Support from Firefox?

Any other real-time security solutions or VPN connected?

Maybe, ask Norton Official Chat/Phone Support or message Norton Official Support via social media to check if your Norton account is active and/or ask Support to help you activate/register your new key.
