how to send a direct personal message to Norton

I messaged Norton on the Facebook page and asked for help to request a refund for an auto payment which I did not want.  The answer was to send a direct personal message to Norton from the website.  I have no idea how to do this and I am not the only one having trouble.  Could somebody let me know the step to take.  I am in Australia and I am thinking the information on the website may be a little different to what is showing in other countries.  Thanks
