How to Upgrade Norton Subscription

Recently I received an alert that my information was being used and given out through Norton, which prompted me to look into to upgrading my protection. 

I currently have Norton 360 Premium, but I wanted to upgrade to Norton 360 with LifeLock. I used the chat feature to speak to someone who told me the only way I could keep my 10 licenses was to upgrade to the Norton 360 Advantage. I was ready to do so, however it seems there is no clear and easy way to upgrade your subscription. Or at least, to my knowledge there isn't. The individual on the chat feature stated I needed to see if I had an upgrade available, which I don't. Is there something I'm missing?

Norton does not pass out any user information. Ever.

How did you receive this message? If by email, this could be a scam. Check the email sender's address against this information. Is this email from Norton legitimate?

I was notified through the Norton app. It was either through Dark Web Monitoring or Privacy Monitor, I can't remember off the top of my head. No email though, I'm aware enough not to believe anything from an unknown source.
