How to whitelist email sender Norton 360 wrongly thinks is spam

I receive a weekly email from U.S. company VacationsToGo which Norton is marking as spam.

This is incorrect, I have requested it, received it for years, it is perfectly safe.

I cannot move the email from Junk and I cannot read it properly since Norton has converted it to plain text.

What can I do to correct Norton?  i.e. can I whitelist the sender?  I am using Outlook desktop client in Windows 10.
