HxMail

HxMail keeps popping up on my computer. Very annoying.

I've run Norton system scan and this doesn't seem to help.

Not sure if this is a virus but, sure seems like one

Re: HxMail

Hello..................The reason Norton cannot remove it is perfectly clear.................MxMail belongs to Microsoft Outlook email. Obviously you have Microsoft Office 2016 installed on your pc. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "popping up". Could you post a screenshot please.

@Kevin McMahon 2016:

Which operating system are U running? Windows 10?

Just to clarify, did U see the similar alert as follows?

(TIP: Please replace the above solitaire.exe with the said HxMail(.exe?). BTW, to do that, you need to gain the admin access on your Windows 10.)

If so, you can allow that app to run by enabling the option "Allow always". Hit this link to read related info re other apps for Windows 10.

Thx :)

Re: HxMail

There is no issue here.  That is the new Windows 10 email app. Use it if you want to or don't use it. This is not a virus or malware. It is part of your operating system. Enter your email credentials and your all set. Click on "get started". You can also remove Windows Apps you do not want. Please read your Windows 10 user guide. Thanks.
