I’m trying to find out how to Cancel my annual Norton 360 Deluxe, but search results just loop

I want to Cancel my Norton 360 Deluxe. My search results keep looping, never getting to an actual way to Cancel my Subscription (membership)! I have better things to do with my time than looping to nowhere! I also need refunds for Services I did not order: 1) Screen Care. 2) Ultimate Help Desk. I’m within the time limit to get a full refund of my annual membership.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment details. 

Do you want to stop your Norton subscription from automatically renewing?

MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with automatic renewal off.  


BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account...with no billing information.

Users may message Facebook/Norton, Xtwitter/Norton for cancellation and refund.
Users may submit Cancellation & Refund Request online. 
Users may generate a Norton Chat session or call Norton support, as well, through Norton Official Support website 'support.norton.com'

Norton Official Support is via Chat or Phone.  No Email support. 
Support request generates case number/identity verification code.
Chat Support offers save & print transcript.

Please allow all Norton pages content.
Please turn ad/content-blocker & VPN off.  
Please allow all Norton cookies/ads/scripts/frames/trackers/beacons/etc.
Please allow all Norton pages content that may be blocked by browser extension &or built-in browser protection. 
Please allow all Norton pages content in order to provide the best experience possible.


When you're in a Chat session.  
Just click any presets until you see "Something else" &or you can type your message. 
for example:  "Live Agent".  

I used to post....

  • In Chat dialog click "Manage my account" => click "Something else" => type "Live Agent" => until you see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance". 

.... but, the last time I was in a Chat Session.  I was able to type "Live Agent" in the first dialog...then after a few Kate messages.   I was able to see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
