Were you actually charged? Have you checked your bank or credit card statement? If so, you will have to contact Norton Support to request your refund, as no one in the forums have access to account details.
If your bank cards have not been charged and you got an email saying a subscription has been renewed, that is a scam email. There are many threads here about this kind of scam.
