I already bought the antivirus.

Hello, I bought a 2 year subscription on 19/11/2014 and stopped using this computer for several months after some problems with it. Now that I refreshed it, I found out my subscription is no longer active. I bought the product via internet download and I do not know where the key is, as I do not have it in my emails. This subscription costed me over 200 CAN$, and I would really like to not buy another one while this one is not expired.

Open Norton, click Help > Subscription Status.  That may fix your issue.

Unfortunately no. It says I have 30 days left, which is untrue.

Usually during the installation Norton autosaves the product key in notepad.

You can use the search box on the Start menu to find it: 

Click the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then type the name of your Norton product in the search box. Among the results you should see a notepad, click it and it should show your product  key.....Make a copy of it and keep it in a safe place, just in case....
