I am not recieving emails.

I am not recieving emails from the settings that I have set up for me to recieve.  This is the case for each of the 3 accounts i have set up to send me emails. HELP!

Hi mulkey904,

 

So have you ever received any notification emails at all, or you are just looking for specific emails that you have them set up on the Notification Settings page?  If you are looking for the specific emails, please post a screen snap of your Notification Settings page and tell us which notification emails  you are not receiving.

I am also not receiving any notification emails. My son has requested a couple of sites to be allowed and the emails have never shown up. My email address is correct and I have all of the boxes checked in the notification settings.

Have you ever received any notification emails at all since you started using the program?  Also, please check the Junk Email box.

We just started today. Have not received any email notifications. Not being filtered into junk email either - I checked that. I did receive my confirmation email for the community boards, and a notification that I changed my password - just nothing on the notifications about my son's activity/requests.

Hi RobynsWorld,

 

Do you see any activities under Activity ->Web (GO)?  The reason I asked this question was I wanted to make sure you’ve had your son’s account setup correctly – meaning his PC is being monitored..then we can determine if email notification works correctly or something else.

Yes - lots of activity from today. I can see what was allowed and blocked, and I can see his requests listed there. I'm just not receiving any emails about any of it at all.

Please note that you are asking if you will recieve notifications when a child requests access to a site. Currently we do not send notification emails when children request access to a site.

You can filter the web activity for questionable activity to see entries for "site visited and explained" and then approve those sites through the web activity page. 

Just to clarify, Notification emails do not get sent when a child requests access to a site.  However, if you select notification when a child visits a blocked site, you should be recieving those.

Can you specify what boxes in the notification area you have checked?

ALL of the boxes for notifications are checked. I have not received any emails related to those notification settings at all. We have tried testing by doing things that should trigger notifications and still nothing.
