So have you ever received any notification emails at all, or you are just looking for specific emails that you have them set up on the Notification Settings page? If you are looking for the specific emails, please post a screen snap of your Notification Settings page and tell us which notification emails you are not receiving.
Have you ever received any notification emails at all since you started using the program? Also, please check the Junk Email box.
Do you see any activities under Activity ->Web (GO)? The reason I asked this question was I wanted to make sure you’ve had your son’s account setup correctly – meaning his PC is being monitored..then we can determine if email notification works correctly or something else.
I seem to be able to reproduce this issue and have reported it to our QA team.
Please note that you are asking if you will recieve notifications when a child requests access to a site. Currently we do not send notification emails when children request access to a site.
You can filter the web activity for questionable activity to see entries for "site visited and explained" and then approve those sites through the web activity page.
Just to clarify, Notification emails do not get sent when a child requests access to a site. However, if you select notification when a child visits a blocked site, you should be recieving those.
