I am trying, in vain, to upgrade my Norton AntiVirus for Mac version 11 to version 12.

Apparently one is required to live in North- or South-America; other address-fields are not accessable on the webpage. So Belgium, where I live (and the rest of Europe for that matter) is non-existing. And since the contact button is of the non-working type, It seems to me that Symantec is not interested in communicating with their customers. result? this customer walks!

Hello ArieKaptein and welcome to the Community.  Don't be too surprised to find a moderator has moved your post to the Norton for Mac Forum.  They will leave a note showing them moved your post.  Have you tried the On-Line Chat support?  Nathan is helpful but sometimes it is better to chat with a live person.  I've read a lot of posters reply that the on-line chat is quick and helpful.  Hopefully they will be able to help you.

There is a place to select your country at the top center-right of symantec.com web pages (there are 2 for Belgium, based on language preference).  Have you tried changing that?
