I am unable to edit or view my Vanguard "automatic transactions" section while AntiTrack is active.

I am unable to edit or view my Vanguard "automatic transactions" section while AntiTrack is active.  Didn't know that was the case until I turned it off and everything worked fine.  Is this something about which I should contact Vanguard (which is a challenge in itself), or is there a setting that will prevent this interference?  Thanks.
