I am unsure of why my hash speed has decreased.

I am unsure of why my hash speed has decreased.
Is it because of latency or am I being actively throttled?
How do I go about fixing this? I took these screenshots yesterday and today. I really want to believe that I am not being cheated again...

when you look at the client vs the portal there are 2 different numbers, the portal is doing a calculation based on a 10 minute window, the client is showing the real hash rate your client is doing and updated every 20 seconds
you are not being cheated, and never were cheated
