i am using Lifelock and am trying to reconnect my bank accounts and all of a sudden it will not connect.

all of a sudden when using life lock my bank account wont stay connected.  it always says connection was good then when i say close it says reconnect account.  the account wont stay connected.

Curious, what does "using life lock" mean? 
R U using Norton 360 w/wo LifeLock plan? 
R U using Norton Safe Web Banking Protection? 
R U using Norton Secure VPN?
