I can't get my vault to reset

I have posted about my vault and problems I finally uninstalled 360 and installed again.  I cannot get a link to reset my vault help.

I believe if you try to log in to your vault using three different passwords you will then be prompted to create a new vault.

For security reasons, if you have forgotten your Identity Safe vault password, you cannot reset or retrieve the vault password. When you delete the online vault, all your stored data is lost. However, if you have exported or backed up your vault, you can import this data in to your new vault.

Please make sure you are accessing your vault correctly as you will loose all data when you delete your Identity Safe vault.
