I CAN'T OPEN ID VAULT/ LOTS OF PROBLEMS

I have not been able to sign in to my Identity safe Vault.  It asks me to sign-in, which i do, then it brings me back to the sign in prompt again. So I reset my password, SAME Thing it's been this way for a while now!! & Sometimes I open it for the 1st time in a few days & It says that i had logged into the vault too many times so i was locked out for 10 min... ( & I've done the live update, restarted my PC, Ran the Power eraser ETC.) I CAN NOT ACCESS MY ADMINISTRATIVE OPTIONS, The Password AGAIN is ALWAYS wrong & Can Not get a new one from MY PC!!!! SO I can not get rid of all the Bad or infected files. 

Another problem I bought Norton when I got a new lap top. I installed Norton 1st thing, so I had 9 more devices I could add so added my PC & smartphone. After a week on the laptop it randomly changed to"trial expired? IT's a 1 year deal so needless to say I can't get norton to re download, plus MY phone is doing the same sort of things as my PC! PLUS THE PERMISSIONS keep GETTING TURNED OFF randomly SO I now Have to Check every Single Time befor I go online? I really am at a Loss I had No problems on any of my devices, except my laptop, prior to Me INSTALLING Norton SO what is the solution I have tried everything I've read to No Avail.... I'm EXTREMELY CONCERNED!!!!

The browser i use is Google Chrome and Windows 10

Phone is a Samsung S5

I have the same problem when trying to open my vault. So you are not alone. This seams to be a sporadic problem. Sorry I can not be of help, but maybe another post will get this some more attention. I am also running windows 10 and both Chrome and IE browsers have this problem. This also happens with both my Desktop and laptop (also running Windows 10).

You need to be logged into a Windows Admin user account to access the Norton Security Settings pages. This control was added as a security feature some time ago.

What has helped with this issue is to go to your main Norton Security page and click on your email address showing at the top. Then sign out of your account. Restart your computer then try signing into your vault again. First with your Norton Account email and password, then with the Vault password.

If you had changed your Norton Account password in this time, it could have affected your subscription status. If you see this, try going to the main Norton Security screen and click on Help - Subscription Status. That will contact the Norton subscription servers and sync your device.

This could also have to do with your changing your Account password. On the phone, go to Android Settings - Apps and look for Norton Mobile Security. Clear the app data and restart the phone. Now sign back into your Norton Account from the app with the new password.

What permissions are getting turned off? Check the app settings. Under the Anti Theft section be sure you have the Device Administrator feature turned on. This setting protects the app from changes or being uninstalled. If you have trouble clearing the app data you need to turn this setting off while you delete the data. Then be sure to turn it back on again.

What security product did you have installed before installing Norton? Even trial versions of another security product can conflict with Norton causing strange problems.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
