I can't proceed in setting up a vault. Next button does not let it continue.

using NAV from Century Link and stand alone ID SAfe client.

have tried reinstalling client twice and tried another browser=same issue

have also tried using another email but still does not work.

A bit more info about your system may be useful- such as operating system, version of  NAV - I assume that is the correct name for your roduct as it appears the product Centurylink offers is dependent on your service level.

Also please tell us which browser(s) and version(s) you have tried, as well as the version of ID Safe Standalone that you are trying to set up.

OK now, Norton staff took over and fixed it, sorry cannot explain how!

The main thing is that it is working again.
