I couldn't find the backup option on my Norton

The instructions by Norton for a cloud backup are not functional. I never offered the Backup option. Norton do not provide technical support unless I pay another $60.

Are you Norton 360 for Mac? 

NOTE

  • Norton Cloud Backup is available only on Windows.
  • To check if your subscription plan includes Cloud Backup and the storage space available, Sign in to your account to see your subscription plan.
  • Sometimes, a backend service outage or server maintenance can stop you from activating your Cloud Backup. To identify if there is a service outage, check the Norton Service Status page. If the Norton Storage Service is down, try activating it after some time.
