I did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase

About 10 hours ago, I purchased a norton antivirus software. On the thank you page, it said that they were going to send me a confirmation email about my purchase. I never received the confirmation email.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder? Where did you purchase the Norton product from? Does your credit card show a purchase?

FWIW ~ Credit Card transactions are not always processed in real time.  Often they're held in queue and processed in bulk at a set time.   May take longer than expected to receive confirmation email.
