i didn't hook up for this and I have tried cancel they are refusing to give me my money back I had to freeze my accounts to try to get rid of these guys RUN DON't let them in your life they do nothing

CANCEL AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! how did you get my card number. when I canceled yopu are trying to keep me hooked up to 2024 I DON"T WANT YOUR PRODUCT NOR DID I GIVE YOU MY CREDIT CARD. Thanks to you all my cards are canceled and my accounts are froze!!!

  • For annual subscriptions, Norton sends an email with the renewal price, the billing date, and related details before any charge occurs so that you know it is coming.
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment 30-45 days before current term expiry. 

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.
