I get charged for LifeLock and Norton. How do I look if both the subscriptions are combined?

I have been a customer of Lifelock for years. I had a subscription to monitor SSNs for me, my husband and our two kids. I still get charged monthly for that subscription. I purchased Norton 360 last year and it just renewed. I can no longer login to my original Lifelock account. It continues to log me into Norton, but I can no longer see that my SSNs are being monitored, only what I set up in Norton 360. BUT, I'm still getting charged for the former lifelock monitoring. How do I look at that portion of my subscription if they are now combined?? Is there a way for all of it to combine into one subscription?? Does anyone else have this issue?

I do not have this issue but I have read some other posts here where subscribers who had LifeLock previously and then went on to a Norton 360 subscription had similar problems that you have encountered.

I think that since the two companies merged into one there are still many things that are not combining automatically and working properly. Have you tried to speak to a LifeLock agent? I think you need a human being to help on their end who can sort this out.

Good Luck.
