I get pop-ups from Norton telling me that my credit card has expired

I get pop-ups from Norton telling me that my credit card has expired. But this is not the case, and I can see no reason why Norton think it is. This appears to be a bug in Norton's systems.

How can I have any faith in the reliability of the anti-virus functionality when something as basic as knowing whether my credit card has expired is beyond you?

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/credit card has expired/.
