I get a popup almost every few hours stating "Action Required...Threat Detected".

Hi, I have several questions:

I get a popup almost every few hours stating "Action Required...Threat Detected".  I've done research and don't understand the ramifications of what these mean.  I have 2 SecurityRisk.gen1 and 1 PUA.Gen.2.
Do I need to remove these? 
Are these really threats that I need to worry about???

I don't see an "IGNORE" button, but the darn "Threats Detected" splash screen keeps popping up over and over.  Why?

If I do remove them (not even knowing why), is it possible I might lose some other application functionality that I may need in the future?
Can they be "restored" and un-quarantined?

Hello Derek. I'm sorry no one has answered your post in such a long time. It appears you have some malware that Norton doesn't deal with properly. If these entries are in quarantine just remove them there. As added precaution download Malwarebytes free version, install and run a full scan. When the scan is done, anything found will be listed, they can be also removed. Just select them all and tell MBAM to remove them, a system restart may be required.
