I have been getting emails saying Norton Family is not showing any activity

I have been getting emails saying Norton Family is not showing any activity on my daughter's tablet. She does use it. Norton is not turned off, and she is not turning it off, or getting around it. I took the tablet for a weekend and used it. It still showed no activity. There aren't any error messages. It showes everything is fine on the tablet (Samsung Galaxy.) The app is up to date. How do I get it to work?
