Norton 360 is your main antivirus and security program. Do not uninstall that since it is doing it's job in the background to keep your PC safe. And it is what you are mainly paying for.

Utilities Premium is a program from Norton that will help do tasks like free up space, free up memory, defrag hard drive, etc.  You can use it if you like and even set it up to do these things automatically for you. If you choose not to use it you can uninstall.

You have to login to your Norton Account and then download Norton Utilities Premium. It a separate standalone program from Norton 360 which is your basic antivirus with other features attached.

NortonLifeLock is the combined company of Norton and Lifelock. Norton 360 is their product used for many different things but mainly antivirus protection.

When you get Norton Utilities Premium running you can set it up to do many maintenance chores including doing them automatically if you choose.

Good Luck.
