I have downloaded the new version of Norton Family...problems

I have installed the new version 4 times, and keep getting the same notice: " the following devices are running an older version of Norton Family.  Please upgrade to the latest version to keep it running properly."  When I chek the Web tab in Norton Family, it states :no activity for last 7 days", which is not accurate at all.  I have Family on 2 computers, and have the same results on both.

Hi ShannonW,

Please go to Settings -> Profile online to see if these two devices are being used currently.  If not, please remove them and start to install Norton Family again.

I was able to successfully install Norton Family on my oldest son's laptop (MASTER-PC)

My youngest son's laptop (MASTER-PC(1)) gives the error stated in this thread:
""MASTER-PC(1)" are running an older version of the Norton Family. Please upgrade to the latest version to keep Norton Family running properly."

I did not name the laptops, the Norton Family application automatically did this. 

 

The laptop MASTER-PC seems to be blocking websites as expected, and logging seems to be working correctly.

The laptop MASTER-PC(1) seems to be blocking websites as expected, but logging is not working.

 

Once again I started from fresh PC's with no virus or monitoring software installed and the Norton Family Manage Activity Devices area had no devices registered.
