I have just signed up for Norton Utilities Ultimate to clear / unclog and speed up my computer. Please advise when this will be activated.

When you signed up, you should have received a confirmation email. That should contain a download link for your product, and the product key to activate it. If you cannot find the email, check your spam/junk folder.
You can also look into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Scroll through your current subscriptions to see if you can find your Norton Utilities Ultimate subscription. That will also have a download link and your product key.
