I have not received any response to my last post

I have not received any response to my last post on the 16/Dec/2021 regarding odd emails, ie, Norton offering to protect more devices despite the five that I have used, being used.

I received another this morning. Can anyone explain this to me please.

This is just Norton's marketing department sending you email 'suggestions' for getting the full value from your subscription. They are blanket emails sent to subscribers, but have no way of knowing just what features or how many devices you have used the product on.

You can try logging into your Norton Account and checking your email preferences to remove as much as allowed. Just note that this does not stop all emails.
