I have not received my refund as promised

Norton auto renewed my subscription and I went with another protection and requested a refund August 6 2022 and they did acknolidge my request but have not returned my money it is going on 2 months of being ignored. can this site help

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.  

What does Contact Norton Support say regarding your subscription/refund?
