I have tried numerous types of imports of CSV files, and several layouts in CSV file but nothing works. Either there is an error reading file, or the file is red but following import screen is empty, no passwords found.
There is a post https://community.norton.com/en/forums/solved-trouble-importing-csv-file-not-all-csv-files-are-same but it says that online plugins do not work at all, and the person was able to import passwords using windows desktop application. But this application is not available anymore on Norton website, now all is online and it does not work at all.
I even had an online session with Norton support, but they do not have a clue. The only thing they managed to do is to uninstall and re install the plugin which obviously does not help. Please do not send me the link to online manuals, I've tired it all with no luck. And the manuals do not tell what should be the format of the file, this I had to check on other websites (like for dashline or lastpass)
Anyone had any luck with this issue?
