I installed Norton 360 for mobile but I can't sign up for free trial

Good day! In order, I am expected if I don't immediately understand something, I'm not a specialist.
I ran into a problem that my phone on the Android platform, when opening any application (for example, Google Docs), ports on education sites, offers to write an essay or pay someone to do my homework.
Where did I come from, I do not understand, the last application set simplenote through Play Market.
Perhaps the daughter did something, but he said did not do anything forbidden, mainly uses for listening to children's audiobook.
I was advised to install the Norton app, perhaps I have viruses.
I installed the application for the phone but I can not start the free version. What to do, how to start the application without a subscription? Perhaps get rid of advertising without antivirus?

Who advised you to install the Norton app?

If you did install Norton 360 Android from the Google Play Store, you should be able to tap on Start Free Trial during the install process. I believe that the Play Store requires you to have a payment method set up in your Google Account. If you wish to cancel the trial, you have to do that through the Play Store. Not directly from Norton.

What you are seeing sounds like malformed ads that might be redirecting your browser to these sites. I would suggest that you download and run the Malwarebytes app.

You might also think about installing an ad blocker app which can protect against redirects to these fake/spammy sites.

Thanks for the detailed answer. With the help of the Malwarebytes recommended by you, a familiar could clean the phone.
Tell me, please, can I install the application for blocking advertising?

Glad I could help.

For an ad blocker app, I use AdBlock Plus. You can find this and other options in the Google Play Store here....  https://play.google.com/store/search?q=ad%20block%20plus
