I installed Utilities Ultimate today.  I can run it from my user account, which is admin.  From my other user account, which is NOT admin, the button is there but the program will not start.  Is this normal?

I installed Utilities Ultimate today.  I can run it from my user account, which is admin.  From my other user account, which is NOT admin, the button is there but the program will not start.  Is this normal?  I dont see the UU program deleting anything or cleaning up my other non-admin user account.

need to be admin to make sure you can do it
